EMDG charity ride May 2023, Thoresby donation to Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance
A huuuuuge thank you to all who took part in the charity ride at Thoresby in May this year. We are pleased to have donated £1084 to the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance and thank Gregor and Katherine Pierrepont for most kindly allowing us to undertake the ride on the Thoresby Estate. Thank you to Karina Maria for photographing the event on the day and the cheque presentation.
Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance are a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS).Their team of doctors and paramedics carry life-saving equipment on board the helicopter and critical care cars which means they take an emergency department directly to the scene of some of the most serious incidents in Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire. Their crews work closely with the ambulance service, first responders, Police, Fire & Rescue and other emergency services such as HM Coastguard. Whether beachside, roadside or in the countryside, day or night, they are by your side when you need them most.
