Deposits can either be paid in full or part payments now so long at the full deposit of £100 is received before 1st March 2023.

Unlike in previous years we have signed up to a package deal with Epworth which gives you more for your money.

 

The cost of camp excluding lessons and food package is £295 per person and for this you get included in the price: tea, coffee, squash and afternoon cakes throughout your stay. There are toilet and showers onsite, all your lessons excluding XC are on a surface arena. There is plenty of hacking.

 

Food package on offer is £115 pp to include Monday Lunch and Evening 2 course meal; Tuesday to Thursday breakfast, lunch and evening meal; Friday breakfast and lunch. Continental breakfasts can be upgraded to cooked £3 addition.

 

There are 8 hook ups available at £25/per night first come first served basis. Drop us an email stating you require a hook-up and ensure your full deposit is paid by the deadline. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after 1st March.

 

All stables are provided with rubber matting and shavings; additional shavings can be purchased on site should they be required. The onsite shop also sells hay & haylage so no need to come loaded up or do multiple trips.

 

Epworth are requesting all additional people staying onsite pay £45 camping fee/facilities use (if they have no stables booked) and for this they are entitled to tea, coffee, squash and afternoon cakes throughout their stay.

 

There will be 2 porta loos placed within the camping area in addition to the main building ones so you don’t have to walk far at night. Also a skip will be provided to dispose of any rubbish you produce during your stay.

 

Main Application Forms will be online during April with a closing date of 30th June 2023. No refunds for cancellations after this date unless we can fill your place as the venue will have been paid in advance of camp.
